Yes. Your PDF is processed in memory and never stored on our servers. The extracted results are kept for 7 days so you can re-download them, then automatically deleted. We never use your data to train AI.

Which formats can I export?

Excel/CSV, QuickBooks 3-column CSV, and native .QBO / .OFX files that import directly into QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, and most accounting software.

How accurate is the conversion?

Every transaction is re-totaled and checked against the statement's printed opening and closing balances. When the math doesn't reconcile, we flag it so you can review before importing.
